Our Process
We do our best to make the Preconstruction process as collaborative and straightforward as possible. Here’s what you can expect when you reach out to us:
Pictures may be worth a thousand words, but we really need to see your space in person to understand the full scope of a project. We’ll discuss your needs and objectives while laser-measuring the spaces and taking extensive notes. We set aside 30-60 minutes to make sure we understand your vision and what to incorporate in the finished space.
Step One - Site Visit
We build your existing home and finished project digitally to fully account for everything needed to realize your project. Once we have the full Scope of Work, we start working on the costs needed to execute your vision. Depending on the scope of the project, we may present options at different budgets. We aim to finish this process in about a week.
Step Two - Initial Estimate
Step Four - Contract & Selection Documents
Our contract includes the Scope of Work, the Budget and Payment Schedule, and our Lifetime Warranty. We’ve done our best to make our contract as simple and reasonable as possible.
Any outstanding items that have not been selected prior to the contract signing will need to be approved and accounted for in the project budget.
You are invited to our office to explore your 3D model to make changes to the plans & design, select or budget for finishes, and get ready for the construction phase. Once we have a final vision we go through the whole plan again to create a full project proposal.
