What To Expect

We do our best to make the your project as collaborative and straightforward as possible.

Here’s what you can expect when you reach out:

Whether you were referred to us from a trusted source, or you found us on social media, we’re happy to meet you! We always try to give everyone a call as soon as possible, but email works just fine if that’s your preference.

Once we’ve made our introductions, we’re here to listen to your wants and needs. All of our work is custom, we aren’t trying to sell you a prepacked project. If it sounds like we can help you reach your goals, we’ll find a time to see your home.

Step One - Initial Contact

We build your existing home digitally and then the finished project in 2D and 3D to fully account for everything needed to realize your project.

Once we have the full Scope of Work, we start working on the costs needed to execute your vision. Based on our earlier discussion, we may need to plan for different options. We aim to finish this process in about a week.

Step Three - Rough Estimates and Options

Pictures may be worth a thousand words, but we really need to see your space in person to understand the full scope of a project.

We’ll discuss your needs and objectives while laser-measuring the spaces and taking extensive notes. We set aside 30-60 minutes to make sure we understand your vision and understand the goal for the finished space.

Step Two - Site Visit

Step Four - Design Meeting

You and your family are invited to our office to explore the 3D model to make changes to the plans & design, select or budget for finishes, and get ready for the construction phase.

Once we have a final vision we go through the whole plan again to create a full project proposal. If everything looks good, we move to a Project Services Agreement and move to the Preconstruction Phase.

If there’s more tweaks to be made, we continue working on the design until we find the perfect solution for your home and family.
